 The player 2004 Black and white Photo, 28x40 cm
The work was made in response to an exhibition about art and sports, were each artist was given a NikeTM football to make an intervention. The photo depicts a football player about to kick the ball in Portugal's National Stadium. The action is subverted when one notices that the player holds a cigarette in his hand.
