Calendar #16 2007-2009 Wood, empty cigarette packs, 38x204 cm
The work is another piece from the Calendar series. It is made from the assemblage of 480 empty cigarette packs of Marlboro Lights, smoked by the artist between 2007 and 2009. The packs are divided in four modules, each containing four sets of 30 packs. Each set
of 30 packs corresponds to one month, thus making the all four modules correspond to 16 months.
